Please be aware of the fact that H2O2 is a "free radical." That is, the breakdown of H2O2 produces a free radical, and is what does the damage to infective agents. H2O is water, H2O2 has an extra lone "O" attached to make it peroxide. The lone "O" breaks off and does the work against infective agents, but in this state is the free radical. It can't stay in this state and MUST find something to "calm" to radical, and this will be taken from ANY cell it comes into contact with. The joining of the lone "O" to another lone "O" creates O2, or oxygen, which damages cancer cells, etc. This also means that it can potentially damage cells of your body as well, especially if used long term, since if a lone "O" is not readily available, the "O" will take what it needs from anywhere it can.

This lone "O" can also kill friendly bacteria. Friendly bacteria like oxygen, (O2) they don't like H2O2. The same damage H2O2 causes to bad bugs it can do to good bugs as well.

• At 35% strength, H2O2 can burn if you get any on your hands, eye or other skin areas, discolor clothing, rugs, etc., and cause serious tissue damage if ingested at 35% strength.
• Caution should be used when handling 35% H2O2.
• Keep away from children.
• Wash your skin with fresh water if you spill 35% on yourself. There will be temporary white discoloration of the superficial tissues which will disappear within a few minutes of washing.
• If ingested at 35% strength, drink large amounts of water and see doctor immediately.
• To make a 3% solution of H2O2, simply dilute 11 parts water to 1 part 35% H2O2.

Potential Health Effects

• Primary Entry Routes: Eyes, Skin & Inhalation.
• Target Organs: Eyes, skin, respiratory system, central nervous system (CNS).

Acute Effects

• Inhalation: The vapor/mist is highly discomforting and corrosive to the upper respiratory tract. Inhalation of excessive levels of mist may result in headache, dizziness, vomiting, diarrhea, irritability, insomnia and, in extreme cases, pulmonary edema.
• Eye: The liquid is discomforting and is highly corrosive to the eyes and is capable of causing severe damage with loss of sight. Reactions may not occur on exposure but response may be delayed with symptoms only appearing many hours later and may cause severe ulceration.
• Skin: Skin contact will result in rapid drying and bleaching, leading to chemical burns on prolonged contact. Bare unprotected skin should not be exposed to this material. The material may accentuate any pre-existing skin condition.
• Ingestion: The liquid is highly corrosive if swallowed and is capable of causing burns to mouth, throat, esophagus, with extreme discomfort, pain. Ingestion may result in nausea, abdominal irritation, pain, vomiting, and possible internal bleeding. Released oxygen gas may cause distension, pain, even severe organ damage.
• Carcinogenicity: NTP - Not listed; IARC - Group 3, Not classifiable as to carcinogenicity to humans; OSHA - Not listed; NIOSH - Not listed; ACGIH - Class A3, Animal carcinogen; EPA - Not listed; MAK - Not listed.
• Chronic Effects: Severe systemic poisoning can cause tremors and numbness of the extremities, shock, convulsions, and unconsciousness.

Emergency and First Aid Procedures

• Inhalation: Remove to fresh air. Lay patient down. Keep warm and rested. If breathing is shallow or has stopped, ensure clear airway and apply resuscitation. Transport to hospital or doctor.
• Eye Contact: Immediately hold the eyes open and wash continuously for at least 15 minutes with fresh running water. Ensure irrigation under eyelids by occasionally lifting the upper and lower lids. Transport to hospital or doctor without delay.
• Removal of contact lenses after an eye injury should only be undertaken by skilled personnel.
• Skin Contact: Immediately flush body and clothes with large amounts of water, using safety shower if available. Quickly remove all contaminated clothing, including footwear. Wash affected areas with water (and soap if available) for at least 15 minutes. Transport to hospital or doctor.
• Ingestion: Rinse mouth out with plenty of water. Contact a Poison Control Center. If swallowed, do NOT induce vomiting. Give a glass of water. After first aid, get appropriate in-plant, paramedic, or community medical support.

Note to Physicians: Treat symptomatically.

• Special Precautions/Procedures: Wear safety goggles and gloves while using.

Shipping can take up to 3 weeks to arrive due to documentation paperwork and hazmat regulations. NO International shipments are available other than Canada. (We will need your address to determine shipping costs to Canada). Any International requests for H2O2 can be arranged by you to be shipped via ship to your location in many cases. We ship to a location on the coast, and you arrange for shipment from there.
